We read everything that comes in and write back, usually within two working days. No form, no ticket number, no auto-reply — just a person, eventually.

Questions about an order, a piece, paper, ink, or anything else that doesn't have a better address.

Editorial features, exhibitions, custom work for small batches, and anything that needs a longer conversation.
Practicalities
- Studio hours
- Tuesday to Friday, roughly 10–18 (Central European Time). Closed weekends and most public holidays.
- Reply time
- Usually one to two working days. Slower in August and around the winter holidays — we'll always answer eventually.
- Visiting
- The studio isn't open to the public, but we do occasional open afternoons. Ask if you'd like to be told when the next one is.
- For physical correspondence, write first and we'll send you the current studio address.
